1. EQUIPMENT

  • Mask for the night
  • Crampons
  • Carrera backpack, minimum capacity 25l x 1

  • 2.5 liter water carrying capacity
  • 2000 calories of food per day minimum x 7 = 14,000 calories
  • Headlamp x 1
  • Spare battery x 3
  • Light sticks with 8 hours minimum x 2
  • Survival whistle x 1
  • Safety / safety pins x 8
  • Knife with metal edge x 1
  • Sunscreen tube x 1
  • Spoon or eating utensil x 1
  • Waterproof bag, bag to waterproof clothing or material by the river crossing x 1
  • Travel insurance with medical evacuation coverage REQUIRED

2. CLOTHING

  • Trail running shoes x 1
  • Trail running socks x 2
  • Trail running clothing kit x 1

3. DOCTOR

* With the lack of any of these materials, the bib number will not be delivered

  • 1 skin disinfectant
  • Hygiene wipes (2 days x 7 days), 14 total
  • Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 30 x 500mg Tablets or capsules
  • Diarolyte 5 Sachets
  • 1 tube antiseptic cream
  • 5 Band Aids of Variable Sizes
  • Bandage 1 crepe bandage
  • Latex gloves 2 pairs
  • Blister Care 4 x (Compeed or Second skin)
  • Micro-Pore Tape 1 Roll
  • Needles 2 needles of 21g
  • Tweezers 1 pair

  • Electro (ECG) of a maximum of 30 days before the start of the event

 


 

COLD BAG

“This bag will be carried by the organizing team and delivered at the end of each stage.” Important, only the kit from the list below is allowed. Maximum weight 6kg. Items cannot be transferred between overnight bag and mandatory day kit at any time.

  • Sleeping bag / 1 (comfort rated -5 or less)
  • Warm clothes for camping and sleeping.
  • Additional shoes for camping.
  • Gloves
  • Hat

All articles are mandatory: start without them is not allowed.
Runners are required to carry all their kit (except the cold pack) for the duration of the race.
